I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.
Finally nice enough weather to ride my new bike to work! 10.1 miles total roundtrip!
3.5 treadmill. 2 steady miles then a mile climb at 15% then half mile at 7:30 and cooldown

Can't believe my time was that quick considering how sliw I felt. By mile 8 I was hoping just to break 2 hours. IT bands were screaming felt like my hips were in a vice grip getting tighter with every step.
rode my bike to work, 10 mins on elliptical, then lifted legs and abs..... tryiing to get this leg better so I can start my consecutive running days again
Well I took some time off of my consecutive running to let my hip heal. It's still a little painful but felt ok with a really slow (9:44 pace) 3 miles with Jenne.
