I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

Nice run. How is everything feeling? You incorporating any fartleks or intevals in the plan?
You will be ready for the 1/2 and the full in no time!

I haven't... I am not a real runner so I am just sticking to running straight up. I feel super comfortable at about the 5 mile range, so I have trouble when the schedule calls for like 3 miles not running more. I am hoping to start running faster at the 5 mile and less ones because I can. But for it only being about 2 weeks of actual training so far, it is going great... no soreness at all and the achilles aren't even bothering me anymore!!

Awesome! This bodes well for the Salem 1/2 :)
