I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.
Same run home from work as yesterday, felt a bit sluggish but still got home in just about the same time (based on how far through my playlist I got because my watch died!)

How are the new shoes feeling? Emmy loves her Brooks that we got her. When is the 5k trail race?? It sounds like a blast! I am trying to find some trail races in WMAC in Berkshire Co. this spring as I get ready for the 30 miler. When will you be back in the Pitts?

Um, I am not in love with the new shoes yet, they are Asics which I have had before, but the tips of my toes are a bit sore after 2 5 mile runs but hopefully they will stretch out a bit....I tried on the Brooks but I didn't like them, I felt like the heels were elevated or something felt like running in heels. You should come run the trail race, it is April 25th and only $7!!
