20.0 miles in 2:52:20 [8:37 pace] Not one of my better long runs, my body wasn't feeling this one. Did the entire Ashuwillticook Rail Trail round trip with a little pain in my IT bands, aching hip flexors, and annoying left knee pain...but I kept going and only walked briefly twice to get some water and relax.
