I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

[1:33:27] Decided to go on my run with Jenny even though my right leg still feels like crap from the knee right up to my hip.  Had a nice loop around Fresh Pond (that I thought I was going to die before I finished) and was craving a Sprite the whole way.  My quads felt like they were in a constant state of flexion and it was really tiring them out so at about 6 miles we walked for about 5 minutes and it gave me the push to finish.  We only planned on 8 miles but oops I took us down the wrong street on the way home and it turned out to be over 9.5......I chugged 3 glasses of gatorade and 2 more of water and made my famous garlic pasta for dinner (Jenny found room for 3 bowls but my appetite hasn't been much lately so I didn't quite make it through a whole bowl.)  Going to take tomorrow off to try to rest the leg a bit more before the 10 miles Saturday on the Cape!!!
