I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

[1:30:01] Did my 10 miles after taking 2 days off to rest my stupid leg that still hurts!  The run was great though, the leg doesn't bother me when I am running, only when walking or after sitting...this is so stupid!  Anyway the run was beautiful along the Shining Sea Bike Path in Falmouth on a beautiful day!!!  A good chunk of it was along the ocean and I was trying to catch a glimpse of the Obamas across Vineyard Sound..... ok not really, being on the Vineyard when the Clintons vacationed there was bad enough!!  It was starting to get pretty hot when I got back to the beach part on the way back and with no shade in sight, the last 2 miles were brutal!!!  But I finished up and met Kara at MBL and played with the sharks and turtles and squid and things then went down to the beach for some fun in the sun!!!
