7.05 miles in 1:06:27 9.26 avg. pace The run was alright, trying to get bacon on track after the half marathon because I have been busy and lazy when it comes to running this past week. I'm going to try to really get on the training schedule now. Felt a little slow and tired and dehydrated today but the breeze was nice on such a warm fall day.
Followed up the run with Jenny with a yummy homemade breakfast pizza with bbq ribs from red bones and eggs and bacon and sweet onions.... I love this run and eat schedule!
