Left my old shoes in California because I just kept using them and I had my new ones I needed to break in. I wanted to do 3.5 miles today but I only ended up doing 1 because I tried to run with my backpack to volleyball but it was too big and I couldn't really swing my arms and it was rubbing so bad on my collar bones that they are raw now... boo! So I ran the short way then walked home. Hopefully I can find another way to run before Monday volleyball because I really want to get back into a more consistent schedule.... |
