After eating 4 Samoa Girl Scout cookies and a handful of mini chocolate chips, I decided I should go for a run before volleyball! Treadmill @ 8:34 pace for the first 3/4 and 7:03 pace for the last 1/4 mile for 3 miles. Walked 1/2 mile @ 15:49 pace then ran another mile @ 8:34 pace Then.....went to volleyball co-ed 4's (new Boston Volleyball league I got suckered into playing for 10 weeks) and played awesome 4x 28 minute games! Good league, lots of good competition! Hooray for the weekend and finally getting to use my soft serve ice cream machine!
