I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

Nice slightly shorter loop over the Longfellow, down Charles then through the Back Bay, over the Mass Ave. bridge and back up Memorial to work.  Felt good running today, finally!

Having trouble deciding if I want to run the half or full in February.... I want to do the full because obviously that is bad ass and the half seems like slacking after doing a full, but can't decide if I have it in me to train alone this time through the winter.....

Nice run! The half and full sound equally intimidating to me.

I ran over that bridge last time I was in Boston and learned about the Smoots measurement.
