1st attempt at a TM hill workout, trying to feel it out..... Set up on hill mode, 9:05 pace, level 8 and went for 20 minutes (2.75 miles according to the TM) it was intervals of 1 minute flat then 1 minute hill from 2.0- 4.6 incline. Then I walked quickly for the remaining 0.25 mile and ran at 9:05 pace for the final 2 miles.
