Took about a 2 mile walk on my lunch break to get some air and try to get rid of some work frustration. Run and volleyball later tonight...
Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at 8:34 pace, first 2 miles at level 5 hills and the last 2 just flat. That pace is a bit too slow for me, but for some strange reason I am scared to make it faster.... I run faster than that outside, why do I think I can't on the treadmill? Anyway... then I walked a cool down mile before stretching and going to volleyball. Coed 4s 4 x 30 minute matches and we went 7-1 overall!! So I can't decide if I should count walking miles (like walking at lunch and my cool downs) in my total mileage. I feel like that is for running miles only.... any thoughts?
