4 TM miles first 3 miles at .5 incline at 8:34 pace last mile at 0 incline at 8:57 pace Probably started out too fast considering I haven't run in 2 weeks... my left knee is bothering me a little bit on the inside where I had a little pain in the days after the marathon, it feels like it needs to crack. Probably going to see the dr. about that and my arches before it gets worse..... Lifted arms for the first time in a long time... that is gonna hurt tomorrow!!! In an attempt to change up my "I eat the same 3 boring things all the time" diet, I found a few recipes online of things I don't normally eat/ think I don't like (especially fish...oh I'm scared for that one!). Tonight's meal.... tofu parm with rice pasta. I thought I hated tofu so I used it in a dish I know I like and I really enjoyed it! I'll do that one again for sure! Yum yum!
