2.35 miles in 19:01 [8:05 pace] lots of long hills and running into the wind about 3/4 of the way...
Totally crapped out today. My knee was bothering me pretty bad and my quads are tired from a longer run yesterday and all that volleyball. I just didn't feel like running much and since I stayed near home I had an easy way to quit..... boo! Going to do my ab video and try to do YogaX...... Big volleyball tournament tomorrow in New Hampshire so early to bed tonight!
